Description:
Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking a professional and service-oriented Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker) to join its Front Office team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional hospitality services in a premium resort environment.
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and overall guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle reservations, room allocations, and payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow front office procedures.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Service, or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a positive and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a hospitality environment.
