Role Overview
This graphic design position sits at the heart of our marketing production pipeline, turning campaign briefs into finished visual assets that reach customers across print, web, and social platforms. Day to day, you will move between layout work, digital graphic creation, and supplier coordination, making sure every deliverable is polished, on-brand, and delivered by the deadline. Your output directly shapes how the company is perceived, so strong visual judgement and consistent attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design print collateral including flyers, posters, brochures, banners, product catalogs, packaging dielines, and branded merchandise mockups.
- Produce digital graphics for social media posts, web banners, email campaigns, and simple video presentations or animated clips.
- Enforce and maintain the company brand visual identity across all external and internal communication materials, including templates and slide decks.
- Prepare press-ready artwork with correct bleed, colour profiles, and resolution, then coordinate directly with print vendors to confirm specifications and delivery timelines.
- Partner with sales and marketing colleagues to interpret creative briefs, propose visual directions, and deliver campaign assets on schedule.
- Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, organising files and archiving final versions so other teams can easily access them.
- Review finished pieces before release, checking for alignment, spelling, and consistency against brand guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in graphic design, multimedia, visual communication, or a related discipline.
- Practical design experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio that shows print and digital work, typography, and brand application.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus working knowledge of CorelDRAW or Canva for fast-turnaround edits.
- Basic video editing capability (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) is considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of print production processes, file preparation, and colour management.
- High attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to manage shifting priorities without losing quality.
- Good communication skills to clarify briefs and present design decisions to non-creative colleagues.
