Company Details
Industry: Non-Profit Organization Management
Description: GiveDirectly is the first — and largest — nonprofit that lets donors like you send money directly to the world’s poorest. We believe people living in poverty deserve the dignity to choose for themselves how best to improve their lives — cash enables that choice. ,Since 2009, we’ve delivered over $140 million in cash directly into the hands of over 130,000 families living in poverty. ,We read the research. We read more research. Then we did our own research. And it turns out, people use cash on medicine; cows and goats and chickens; school fees; water; solar lights; tin roofs; irrigation; motorcycles to jumpstart taxi services; businesses to generate income; and more.

Whether you're supporting the end-to-end hiring process, or ensuring smooth and consistent People Operations for our global team, your work will directly contribute to making GiveDirectly an outstanding place to work.

Please Note: While we love career changers and non-traditional backgrounds across many of our roles, this particular opening requires prior direct recruitment experience. We unfortunately aren't able to consider applications from candidates who haven't worked in recruitment before. • Operationalize a streamlined, first-class talent acquisition process: Build and continuously improve the talent acquisition process, including providing high quality support and communications to both candidates and hiring teams
  • Field and quickly close support tickets: Respond to all inbound inquiries, requests, and complaints via the People Team Ticketing System regarding recruitment requests, meeting SLAs

You'll be a top candidate for this role if you bring:

  • Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly Values and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity.
