General Manager

Role Overview

Joint Space Polyclinic is looking for a General Manager to guide the commercial and operational performance of its multidisciplinary clinic at Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. Working with the CEO, clinicians, and staff, you will shape improvement plans and oversee the daily systems that support compliant operations, effective service delivery, and a positive experience for patients and the clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the clinic’s day-to-day operations and broader business activities.
• Set priorities and introduce changes to improve efficiency and overall clinic performance.
• Plan and monitor budgets, finances, and the use of operational resources.
• Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare rules, including DHA requirements.
• Lead the clinic team and refine workflows across its services and functions.
• Review business results, identify areas for improvement, and track the impact of changes.
• Coordinate with practitioners and management colleagues to support the clinic’s development.
• Promote reliable, high-quality service and a strong patient experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience managing a healthcare facility in the UAE or Gulf region; experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is preferred.
• Sound understanding of clinic operations, financial management, and budget planning.
• Practical knowledge of DHA requirements and healthcare compliance.
• Experience leading teams and improving operational processes.
• A track record of delivering improvements in a healthcare business.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to oversee long-term business priorities while attending to daily operational needs.
