A reputable real estate company in Dubai is currently looking to hire a skilled and detail-focused General Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in the Dubai real estate sector and are confident in handling accounting operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliations in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Requirements:
• Mandatory experience working in Dubai’s real estate sector
• Must hold a CA qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience within Dubai
• Candidate should have their own visa along with a valid NOC
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary offered up to AED 8,000 depending on experience and expertise
