Responsibilities
- Plant, grow, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns
- Water plants and monitor soil conditions
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely
- Mow lawns, edge walkways, and remove weeds
- Maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
- Assist in landscape design and seasonal planting
- Keep outdoor areas clean and visually appealing
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of plants, soils, and gardening techniques
- Ability to use gardening tools (e.g., lawn mowers, shears)
- Physical stamina (lifting, bending, working outdoors)
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred)
