Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Deira, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Guest Service Agent / Hotel Receptionist in the UAE
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Knowledge of the IDS Next
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
