Job Description
  • We’re looking for a Front Desk Executive with strong experience in client-facing roles, executive coordination, and polished communication. You’ll act as the face of Classic Mouldings — welcoming clients, managing inquiries, and upholding the standard of excellence that defines The Home of Creative Interiors.
  • We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting day-to-day front office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally
  • Manage calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain a polished and organized front desk environment
  • Coordinate client flow with internal teams (sales, design, operations)
  • Track client interactions and support basic administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Construction, Hospitality, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a front desk or client-facing role
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and confident client handling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
