Role Overview
You will own the full sales cycle for French-speaking markets, from identifying new prospects to closing deals that directly contribute to the Adaptis Group’s revenue targets. Day to day, you will run structured outbound campaigns, hold discovery conversations in French, move qualified opportunities through the pipeline, and keep every interaction accurately logged in the CRM. Your work matters because you are the primary commercial bridge to Francophone clients, and your consistent follow-through ensures that marketing efforts convert into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline by executing targeted outbound calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns across the Group’s subsidiaries and assigned territories.
- Conduct discovery conversations in French to understand each prospect’s unique business context, qualify them against commercial criteria, and determine readiness for demonstrations or proposals.
- Guide opportunities from first contact to signed agreement by managing objections, preparing persuasive quotations, and following up on offers in a timely manner.
- Keep the CRM meticulously current with lead status, interaction history, next steps, and forecast data to support accurate revenue predictions and pipeline visibility.
- Partner with the marketing team on campaign preparation, pre-event outreach, and post-event lead follow-up to ensure every marketing-generated inquiry is promptly qualified and advanced.
- Nurture existing client relationships to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and reinforce long-term loyalty and retention.
- Monitor market shifts, competitor activity, and customer feedback in Francophone regions to surface emerging opportunities and inform commercial strategy.
- Coordinate with technical teams, subsidiary leaders, and commercial management to align solution positioning and deliver a seamless experience for prospects and clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Sales, or a closely related discipline. Additional certifications in sales, business development, or CRM practices are a plus.
- 2–5 years of proven telesales, inside sales, or B2B business development experience, with a verifiable record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Native or fully proficient written and spoken French (e.g., DELF/DALF certification, French-medium education, or equivalent professional experience), plus professional working proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads rigorously, manage a structured opportunity pipeline, and close deals in a consultative, value-led manner.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM platform (Zoho CRM preferred) for logging activities, forecasting, and reporting sales metrics.
- Practical skill with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools, and other digital prospecting methods to generate and nurture leads.
- Comfort drafting quotations, proposals, and sales documentation that reflect client requirements and commercial terms.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities, paired with excellent time management and the capacity to juggle multiple active opportunities.
What We Offer / Why Join
You will join a multi-entity group where your fluency in French opens doors to high-value commercial relationships that other team members cannot reach. Expect a results-driven environment with clear ownership over your pipeline, plus the opportunity to collaborate across marketing, technical, and leadership functions while developing your career in business development.
