Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations including restaurants, bars, and banqueting. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and banqueting facilities.
  • Supervise staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service and foster a positive team culture.
  • Manage budgets effectively, including cost control, revenue targets, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative menus that align with guest preferences and business goals.
  • Maintain service standards through regular training, audits, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Organize and manage events such as banquets, tournaments, and special functions.
  • Handle clubhouse bookings efficiently, ensuring seamless scheduling and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B management, preferably in a similar multi-outlet environment.
  • Proven track record in staff leadership, organizational management, and financial oversight.
