Job Title: First Officer – ERJ 135/145

Due to network expansion, we are now recruiting qualified First Officers to join our Nairobi base and outstation positions.

Role Overview

As an ERJ 135/145 First Officer, you will support the Captain in all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and punctual operations. You will be based either in Nairobi or at one of our regional outstations and must be prepared to operate flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Operate aircraft systems, manage navigation, and communicate effectively with ATC and crew.
• Participate in crew resource management and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Complete all required training and recurrent checks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Kenyan ATPL or CPL
• Valid Instrument and Multi-Engine Rating
• Minimum total flight time: 3000 hours
• Minimum Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 1000 hours
• Must be actively flying – no significant gap in recent flight duty
• Willing and able to fund your own type rating on the ERJ 135/145
• Willing to operate at outstation bases outside Kenya

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior jet experience (regional jet, business jet, or similar)
• Experience on glass cockpit or advanced avionics

Additional Information

Selected candidates will undergo a thorough background check and simulator assessment. The type rating course must be self-funded before line training begins.
