Facet is seeking a professional and client-focused Financial Planner to join its remote team in the United States. The company provides personalized financial planning services designed to help members achieve their financial goals through objective advice and comprehensive planning.
This role is ideal for a Certified Financial Planner who enjoys building relationships, guiding clients through important financial decisions, and using technology-driven solutions to deliver a high-quality member experience. The position focuses on financial guidance rather than product sales, allowing planners to provide unbiased recommendations based on each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct 4–6 virtual member meetings daily to understand financial goals and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive financial plans using Facet’s proprietary technology platform.
• Guide members through financial planning strategies and support successful implementation.
• Collaborate with Trading, Investment Operations, and internal teams to coordinate financial solutions and tax strategies.
• Build strong relationships with members through effective communication and personalized guidance.
• Manage schedules efficiently to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
• Use AI-enabled tools and internal systems to improve planning processes and member support.
Requirements:
• CFP® designation required.
• Minimum 1 year of member-facing financial planning experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to remote work environments and technology-driven processes.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Personal financial planning and client advisory services.
• Investment, tax strategy, and financial goal planning.
• Digital tools, financial technology, and remote client engagement.
