Primary Mandate
We are looking for a resilient and proactive Farm Hand to support the daily productivity of our agricultural operations. Your objective is twofold: to ensure the well-being of our livestock through consistent care and hygiene, and to drive the success of our crop and fruit farming through diligent field work. You will be instrumental in maintaining the sanitary standards of the farm, ensuring that tools are ready for use and that produce is handled with care from planting to harvest. This role is built for a dependable individual who thrives in an outdoor, hands-on environment.
Core Workstreams
Livestock Management & Wellbeing

Administer daily feed and ensure constant access to clean water for all farm animals.

Maintain rigorous hygiene standards by cleaning and disinfecting animal sheds regularly.

Observe and monitor animal behavior, promptly reporting any indications of illness or physical injury to management.

Support the general welfare of livestock to ensure optimal health and growth.
Horticulture & Crop Maintenance

Execute essential farming tasks including planting, manual weeding, and controlled irrigation.

Participate in the harvesting of fruits and crops, ensuring proper techniques are used to minimize damage.

Oversee the sorting, loading, and safe transport of farm produce to storage or dispatch areas.

Support routine care activities to protect crops from pests and environmental stressors.
Sanitation & General Operations

Maintain the cleanliness of the entire farm premises, including the proper disposal of organic and inorganic waste.

Ensure all farm implements and machinery are cleaned, stored, and maintained in good working condition.

Collaborate with the broader farm team to meet daily production schedules and operational goals.

Assist in the general upkeep of farm infrastructure to create a safe and efficient working environment.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Proven background working as a Farm Hand within a busy agricultural setting.
