Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications (PhD for Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer; Master’s/PhD for Lecturer).

• Have prior experience in university teaching, legal research, curriculum development, and academic publication.

• Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and scholarly writing skills.

• Be familiar with legal education standards, accreditation requirements, and competency‑based teaching approaches.

• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with ANU’s mission as a Christian university affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene.

• Senior academic roles require a strong publication record, mentorship capability, and departmental leadership.

• Lecturer roles require teaching delivery, research engagement, and student support.
