Job Title: Commercialization & Portfolio Operations Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercialization & Portfolio Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage product introductions, artwork processes, and data quality across systems, providing critical support to portfolio leads and ensuring smooth commercialization workflows. You will work in an international, multi-disciplinary environment and contribute to our Responsible Care, Environment, Health & Safety commitments.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Commercialization
- Operational management of product introduction / change requests: Log new requests in the PLM system and check completeness of data. If incomplete, follow up with the initiator to obtain missing information. Submit requests for appropriate approvals, update the system with the decision, and initiate SKU-code requests. Provide monitoring and reporting for approved requests.
- Operational management of product introduction system: Initiate SKU setup/change workflows in the central system. Collect and input necessary product data. Progress the workflow to other departments. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion. Inform all relevant parties on progress and delays, and agree on actions with the Commercialization Manager.
Artwork Process
- Create new artwork text input documents. Monitor progress and timely completion of translations and sign-off.
Data Management
- Ensure quality and completeness of data within and across systems. Correct any errors or gaps. Periodically review commercialization and other systems. Identify data management issues and propose solutions.
SKU Reporting
- Produce and distribute regular SKU reports on time. Respond to ad-hoc requests for portfolio information.
Portfolio Operations Support
- Assist Portfolio Leads in portfolio operations work and projects as required.
Responsible Care, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Follow all EHS policies and procedures.
- Follow all environmental policies and procedures.
- Report all accidents, incidents, and near misses to your supervisor.
- Promote Responsible Care principles.
- Participate in training as required.
- Participate in consultation on all EH&S related matters.
- Maintain hygiene at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in a business-related course (Sales, Marketing, Administration, Finance).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar operational role.
- Fully operational in an international environment where relationship building and responsiveness are required.
- Fully operational in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Accurate planning and well-organized approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Teamwork skills in an international and operational environment.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Maintains clarity of purpose under changing priorities.
- Market and service orientation with flexibility.
- Precision, accuracy, and care for details.
