Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is currently hiring for the position of Executive Assistant cum Reception Administrator for a premium corporate office environment located on Sheikh Zayed Road. This opportunity is well suited for professional, polished, and highly organized candidates who are confident in dealing with senior executives, multinational clients, institutional stakeholders, and high-profile visitors.

The company is looking for an individual with excellent communication abilities, strong administrative expertise, and a professional approach to front-office operations and executive support responsibilities.

Job Location & Working Details:

• Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Office Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, travel schedules, and meeting arrangements efficiently

• Handle front-desk reception duties and professionally welcome clients, investors, and corporate visitors

• Coordinate meetings, presentations, official correspondence, and preparation of MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)

• Maintain confidential files, company records, and administrative documentation with accuracy

• Handle incoming calls, emails, office communication, and visitor coordination in a professional manner

• Organize internal meetings, hospitality arrangements, events, and office coordination activities

• Provide daily executive support and administrative assistance to senior management

• Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders as required

• Ensure the front-office environment remains organized, professional, and presentable at all times

• Assist management with additional administrative and operational tasks when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Reception, or Front Office Administration roles

• UAE working experience is mandatory

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-handling abilities

• Previous experience in client-facing corporate environments will be preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Background:

• Candidates with experience in investment firms, wealth management companies, corporate offices, hospitality groups, real estate advisory firms, or other professional corporate environments will be highly preferred
