Description:

A company based in Dubai is currently seeking a professional and well-organized Executive Assistant who is fluent in Arabic and English to support senior leadership in a fast-moving and professional work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior executives and leadership teams, helping them manage daily administrative responsibilities, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication across departments. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting executive-level operations by managing calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating internal and external communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks that help leadership stay organized and focused on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Handling internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Strong skills in calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication.
  • Experience providing support to senior executives or C-level management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
