- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, iterative improvement, and eventual retirement, coordinating with network, IT, and digital teams.
- Define product requirements and service features for new capabilities such as eSIM, 5G slicing, roaming enhancements, spam detection, and digital care tools.
- Own pricing strategy, packaging design, business case development, and profitability targets for each product across all operating companies.
- Drive go-to-market planning and sales enablement, creating launch assets, positioning documents, and training materials for commercial teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including gross additions, revenue, ARPU, usage, churn, NPS, and EBITDA to inform product decisions.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and customer insight gathering to identify emerging market trends and unmet user needs.
- Standardise product definitions and commercial frameworks across 14 countries while allowing local regulatory flexibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; a Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in telecom product management with substantial experience in prepaid and postpaid mobility, pricing, commercial strategy, and multi-country operations.
- Solid technical knowledge of managed GSM networks, 4G and 5G protocols, and their commercial implications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles, including cross-functional project leadership across IT, network, and digital teams.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating product strategy and commercial solutions to both internal stakeholders and customer decision-makers.
- Experience working across multiple operating companies or markets, balancing standardisation with local regulatory and customer requirements.
