Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Advanced Diploma in Early Years Education
- Minimum 3 years relevant Early Years teaching experience
- Demonstrated understanding of child-led, play-based instructional approaches
- Valid TSC Number (Kenyan applicants)
- International or multicultural experience preferred
- Strong alignment with Woodland Star’s mission and values
