Job Title: Delivery and Distribution Associate

Your Mission

In this role, you ensure the company’s growth in terms of sales by:

• Delivering products to customers in Kenya in line with the company strategy and sales plan, and with the Kenya and Group guidelines.
• Ensuring goods are in good state as they are delivered and that the correct amount is given to the correct customer.
• Creating a strong long‑term partnership with assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders in line with the assigned route.
• Interact with clients professionally at all times.
• Coordinate regular cleaning for the vehicle to ensure hygienic transportation conditions for goods.
• Coordinate renewal of all legal documents for the assigned vehicle to ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
• Coordinate maintenance of the assigned vehicle to align with legal safety requirements and adhere to Puratos group safety policy.

What We Expect From You

• Must possess a valid and clean driving license.
• Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in commercial operations.
• At least 2 years’ experience in FMCG distribution within Nairobi County.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi County routes, road networks, and distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety, traffic regulations, and delivery procedures.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy, demonstrating high levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Customer-focused with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet delivery schedules and operational targets.
