- Recover devices from customers who fall outside compliance or contract terms, following agreed recovery procedures.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolution for customer issues, escalating unresolved customer or network problems through the correct channels.
- Compile daily target achievements and contribute to monthly market trend analysis, weekly review dashboards, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and field offers, then report findings and customer insights that inform product or service recommendations.
- Represent the brand professionally at all on-ground engagements, maintaining the service standards required during acquisition, onboarding, and support interactions.

- Graduate degree or diploma in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 1 year in outdoor sales, preferably within telecom or a related subscription-based environment.

- Resilience and the ability to deliver against stretch targets.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic, with the confidence to engage customers face to face and work independently in the field.
