Job Description

Role Overview

This position sits at the intersection of digital marketing and high-end design, keeping two property websites accurate, fast and conversion-focused while producing the creative assets that carry the brand across every channel. Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Lead under the Director of Sales and Marketing, the role owner publishes approved campaigns, maintains the health of the booking journey, and turns commercial briefs into polished collateral for leisure, corporate, MICE, food and beverage, events and incentive travel audiences. The work directly shapes how potential guests and trade partners experience the brand online and in print, so precision in execution and consistency with luxury standards matter as much as speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish approved website content — packages, promotions, campaign landing pages, links and calls to action — accurately across both property websites.
  • Monitor site presentation and user journeys on desktop and mobile, watching for outdated content, broken links, booking engine clicks and the conversion actions available to visitors.
  • Implement approved SEO and AEO requirements at page level, including structure, metadata, headings, internal linking and structured content.
  • Support campaign tracking through UTM parameters, campaign codes and agreed analytics, then translate the numbers into practical recommendations for improving pages and conversions.
  • Set up, monitor and optimise approved paid-search and paid-social campaigns within the agreed objectives, audiences, budgets and brand rules.
  • Produce advanced, brand-compliant creative in Adobe Creative Cloud — presentations, brochures, factsheets, maps, itineraries, packages and trade collateral — with technically correct master artwork, editable files, print-ready and digital-ready outputs, disciplined version control and channel adaptations.
  • Retouch and optimise approved imagery and edit professional short-form and campaign video using the relevant Adobe applications.
  • Maintain a live project tracker covering priorities, briefs, deadlines, approvals, status, completed work and constraints, flagging missing copy, assets, pricing, data, approvals or technical access early and giving realistic delivery timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience spanning digital marketing and advanced graphic design, supported by a professional portfolio.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, plus video capability in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce creative work for luxury, hospitality, travel or premium brands.
  • Hands-on website content-management experience with a sound grasp of responsive design and user journeys.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, metadata optimisation, analytics and conversion reporting.
  • Experience setting up, monitoring and optimising paid search and/or paid social campaigns.
  • Strong typography, layout, colour, image-retouching, print-production and digital-production skills.
  • Excellent written English and proofreading, with the project-management, prioritisation and version-control discipline to juggle multiple briefs and approval stages.
  • A relevant qualification in digital marketing, graphic design, visual communication or a related field is preferred.

The role also calls for sound commercial judgement — reading a brief and knowing which asset and format will serve the audience and the objective — alongside problem-solving instincts that catch technical, content and user-journey issues before they reach production. Quality control is continuous: rates, dates, inclusions, exclusions and booking terms must be verified before final production, source files protected, working versions maintained, and completed assets submitted for brand-compliance review and central storage. Because stakeholders are split between remote and onsite teams, clear communication and early escalation of constraints are essential to keeping delivery on schedule.
