Immigration Consultant / Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

In this Dubai-based role, you will advise prospective clients on immigration services while helping AYATIA Global attract and convert new business. The work combines understanding each client’s goals, explaining suitable service options, and maintaining relationships from initial enquiry through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss clients’ circumstances and immigration objectives to identify relevant service options.
• Explain available immigration services clearly and provide appropriate client guidance.
• Respond to enquiries and build professional, ongoing relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Find and develop business opportunities through sales outreach and client engagement.
• Follow up with prospects, address their questions, and support their progression toward becoming clients.
• Work toward assigned sales and business development targets.
• Record client interactions accurately and follow internal procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience or a demonstrated interest in immigration consulting, sales, or business development.
• Ability to understand client needs, establish trust, and recommend relevant services.
• A self-directed, target-conscious approach and willingness to learn in a consulting setting.
• Knowledge of immigration advisory services, sales methods, business development, and customer relationship management.
