Altamayez is seeking a motivated and professional Debt Collector to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a target-driven approach to managing customer accounts and collections.
The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding payments, communicating with clients professionally, and achieving collection targets while maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates with experience in debt collection, banking, or financial services will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on collection commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and collection activities.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance objectives.
• Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding account status and recovery processes.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and according to company procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder.
• Degree must be attested by UAE MOFA.
• Previous experience in Debt Collection, Banking, or Financial Services is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, and professional approach.
• Ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Debt collection procedures.
• Customer relationship management.
• Negotiation and payment recovery techniques.
