Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct communication channels

• Record customer interactions and maintain updated service records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution

• Maintain proper communication standards and company policies during all interactions
• Support daily customer service operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and/or Arabic is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
