Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service & Qualified Leads Executive to join our bridal boutique team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling bridal inquiries, qualifying leads, booking appointments, and ensuring every bride receives an exceptional luxury experience from the first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond professionally to all bridal inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, Instagram, and website.
· Qualify leads by understanding the bride’s wedding date, budget, style preferences, and appointment needs.
· Convert inquiries into confirmed boutique appointments.
· Follow up with potential brides to maximize booking conversion.
· Maintain excellent customer service standards and provide a warm, personalized bridal experience.
· Coordinate appointment schedules and update CRM/booking systems accurately.
· Send payment links, appointment confirmations, reminders, location details, and follow-up messages.
· Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
· Support sales consultants by ensuring brides are properly briefed before consultations.
· Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
· Manage high inquiry volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, hospitality, luxury retail, or bridal industry preferred.
· Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent WhatsApp and phone etiquette.
· Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Strong cultural awareness and understanding of GCC bridal clientele.
· Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
· Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
· Experience with CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
Preferred Qualities:
· Passion for fashion, bridal, and luxury customer experience.
· Sales-oriented mindset with strong conversion skills.
· Ability to build relationships and create a memorable experience for brides.
· Professional appearance and presentation.
· Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
