Hawk Freight Services FZE, established in 1987, is currently hiring a Customer Service Executive for its UAE operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and customer support within the supply chain industry.
The company is looking for a proactive and organized professional who can effectively manage customer communication, shipment coordination, and operational support while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service activities related to freight forwarding and logistics operations
• Coordinate import and export shipment processes efficiently
• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates
• Support daily logistics and operational coordination activities
• Work closely with internal departments, carriers, and overseas agents
• Ensure timely handling of customer inquiries and service requests
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational documentation
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations is mandatory
• Good understanding of import and export procedures and documentation
• UAE market exposure will be considered an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
