An organization is urgently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the ability to handle inquiries efficiently across multiple communication channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring that all service interactions meet high professional standards. You will also work closely with internal departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions

• Provide clear, accurate information about services and address customer concerns in a timely manner

• Maintain detailed records of all customer communications and transactions

Requirements:
