Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Dubai Mall Metro Station Area, Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 6 Days a Week
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with clients. Training will be provided for selected candidates.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with property inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Handle incoming calls, messages, and follow-ups with potential buyers and tenants
Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals
Maintain client records and update CRM systems
Schedule property viewings and coordinate with agents
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve sales and customer service targets
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is an advantage
Freshers are welcome to apply
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
English communication skills required (additional languages are a plus)
