Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is currently hiring Customer Care Executives to join their growing customer service team. This opportunity includes two open positions designed for skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer support and maintaining high service standards.

The roles are suitable for both UAE Nationals and candidates of other nationalities currently residing in the UAE with valid or flexible visa status. The organization is seeking individuals with strong communication abilities and a customer-first mindset to handle queries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently within defined timelines

• Maintain high standards of customer service across all communication channels

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Document and update customer interactions in the system

• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, customer care, or call center environments

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage customer queries professionally and efficiently

• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems

• Experience in banking, telecom, retail, or service industries is an advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong knowledge of:

• Customer service operations and call center processes

• Customer relationship management systems

• Communication and complaint handling techniques

• MS Office and data entry tools
