Our client is seeking a driven Corporate Sales & Membership Growth Executive to lead corporate sales efforts, generate new business, expand membership numbers, and forge strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive, target-oriented professional who thrives on independent deal-making and long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate sales and generate new business to grow the membership base.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from lead generation through to closing.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring retention and repeat business.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with membership growth goals.
- Represent the brand professionally at corporate events, activations, expos, and trade shows.
- Manage account relationships, focusing on client satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through self-directed efforts.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of B2B or corporate sales experience in fitness, hospitality, banking, insurance, real estate, telecom, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to independently generate leads, build pipelines, and close corporate sales.
- Strong corporate relationship management and business development skills.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-driven personality.
- Experience in account management, client retention, and membership growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable representing a brand at external events and public-facing opportunities.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to work independently and consistently hit revenue goals.
