Description:

A well-established travel organization in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and performance-focused Corporate Sales Executive / Officer with solid UAE experience in the Travel & Tourism sector. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about corporate sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities within SME, MNC, and Government sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Manage key accounts professionally, ensuring high service standards and consistent follow-ups.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals successfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions that meet corporate client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills Required:


• Up to 5 years of UAE corporate sales experience within the Travel & Tourism industry.
• Strong background in corporate sales strategy and account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
• Well-organized with strong planning and time management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
