Description:
YO IT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Expert to join its remote contract team in the United States. This role focuses on leveraging deep finance expertise to support the development and training of next-generation AI systems through high-quality financial data, modeling, and analytical input.
The selected professional will contribute by designing advanced finance scenarios, building investment-grade financial models, and creating structured evaluation materials used to train and benchmark AI performance. This position requires strong technical expertise in corporate finance, attention to detail, and the ability to produce client-ready financial outputs under professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design complex financial prompts reflecting investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance scenarios
• Develop advanced Excel-based financial models for AI training and benchmarking
• Build valuation models including 3-statement, LBO, M&A, and sensitivity analyses
• Create structured grading rubrics for evaluating AI-generated financial outputs
• Prepare investment-grade presentations and transaction materials in PowerPoint
• Develop professional financial templates used in IB, PE, and corporate development
• Review and refine financial datasets and analytical outputs for accuracy
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of precision and clarity
• Support creation of training data for AI model evaluation and improvement
Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (scenario analysis, modeling integrity checks)
• Expertise in PowerPoint for professional investment presentations
• Strong understanding of investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance workflows
• Experience working on live transactions or investment projects
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
