Description:

A reputable facilities management organization is seeking a Coordinator cum Timekeeper to support workforce coordination and timekeeping operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate employee attendance and payroll-related records.

This position involves coordinating manpower requirements, monitoring attendance data, and ensuring timely submission of timesheets. The successful candidate will work closely with operations teams, HR personnel, and site supervisors to support daily workforce management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee attendance records and timesheet documentation.

• Track overtime, leave applications, and absenteeism records accurately.

• Coordinate manpower allocation and site staffing requirements.

• Prepare payroll-related reports and supporting documentation.

• Communicate effectively with Operations, HR, and site supervisors.

• Ensure all timesheets are submitted accurately and within required deadlines.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in timekeeping, workforce coordination, or administrative roles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting functions.

• Experience within Facilities Management or Soft Services environments is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple site requirements and meet deadlines efficiently.

Strong knowledge of:
