Spacemine Holdings Limited is looking for a vigilant Contracts Manager to serve as the primary guardian of our commercial and legal interests. Based in Kilimani, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our construction agreements, ensuring that every project—from affordable housing to major infrastructure—is executed within a secure and compliant contractual framework.
Position Functions
In this role, you will be the lead authority on contract administration. Your objective is to proactively manage risks, oversee the tendering process, and navigate complex claims or variations. You will act as the bridge between site operations and legal compliance, ensuring that our commercial standing is protected at every milestone.
Professional Prerequisites

Work History: A minimum of 7 years of experience specifically in contract management within the construction or engineering sectors.

Contractual Mastery: Expert knowledge of international and local construction contract forms, such as FIDIC, JBCC, or PPADA regulations.

Claims & Disputes: Proven track record in successfully managing construction claims, variations, and formal dispute resolution processes.

Legal & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the legal frameworks governing Kenyan land, construction, and labor laws.

Negotiation & Influence: A sophisticated ability to lead high-stakes negotiations with contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders.

Salary Package: Kshs. 90,000 – 105,000 Gross.
