Commission Sales Agent

Role Overview

This field sales role is centred on driving new customer acquisition through direct, face-to-face engagement. Day to day, you will proactively seek out potential customers, present the value of our product or service, and close deals that lead to on-site installations. Your success directly contributes to the company’s revenue growth and market presence in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads by canvassing assigned residential or commercial areas.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits directly to potential customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from signed contract to completed installation.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer objections.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years in a sales or customer-facing role; field sales (direct B2C) experience is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Drive: Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Performance mindset: Comfortable with performance-based compensation and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Logistics: Willingness to travel daily within a designated territory; valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent approach to lead conversion.
