Role Overview
Prepare ingredients and support smooth kitchen service by keeping your station stocked, organized and ready for each order. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to deliver consistent dishes while maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock your station and prepare ingredients, including chopping, butchering and making sauces.
- Coordinate timing with other kitchen team members so dishes are prepared and served together.
- Follow HACCP procedures and maintain sanitary practices throughout daily operations.
- Keep your station clean, orderly and properly equipped during and after service.
- Monitor station inventory and help ensure ingredients are handled and stored appropriately.
- Manage multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising food quality or safety.
- Contribute to a professional, cooperative kitchen environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A culinary school degree or diploma.
- Strong foundational cooking and food-preparation skills.
- Recent culinary graduates are encouraged to apply; one year of fine-dining chef experience is an advantage.
- Careful attention to sanitation, food safety and quality control.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure kitchen.
- A strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and pride in preparing food that delights guests.
