Description:
A well-established aesthetic clinic in Al Ain is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and lead overall business performance. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in clinic management, sales growth, and customer experience enhancement within the healthcare or beauty industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing operational efficiency, improving revenue performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality client services while leading a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and drive overall clinic sales growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client conversion and profitability
• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance standards
• Maintain excellent patient experience and ensure top-level service quality
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial reports, and operational metrics
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase clinic visibility and client footfall
• Coordinate with management to enhance business development strategies
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and healthcare standards
• Handle team performance evaluations and operational improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in clinic, beauty, or hospitality management
• Strong background in sales, revenue generation, and business development
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Experience in aesthetic, medical, or beauty industry will be considered a strong advantage
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
