Job Description
DNL Delivery Services is looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Client Support Executive to manage customer inquiries and ensure an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding deliveries, services, and pricing
- Track and resolve client complaints and service issues promptly
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve concerns
- Maintain client records and update internal systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Support retention and service improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in client support, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
