Client Support Executive

Job Description

DNL Delivery Services is looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Client Support Executive to manage customer inquiries and ensure an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Provide accurate information regarding deliveries, services, and pricing
  • Track and resolve client complaints and service issues promptly
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve concerns
  • Maintain client records and update internal systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Support retention and service improvement initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in client support, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
