About The Role
- We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Officers to join our Claims Department on an urgent assignment. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing and processing claims, ensuring timely settlements, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in insurance or related field
- Professional Insurance Qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Claims Department within a reputable insurance company
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and professional ethics
