Markin Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee villa construction projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for a qualified civil engineering professional with hands-on site supervision experience and a solid understanding of local construction regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and Dubai Municipality standards, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise villa construction activities on-site while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Prepare and submit periodical inspection reports to Dubai Municipality (DM) along with routine site reports.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues while ensuring effective implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai construction regulations and project requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in villa construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and standards.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Experience using Dubai Municipality (DM) portals for Periodical Inspections and Reports.
