Description:
A growing engineering and trading group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team in Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a strategic finance executive with extensive leadership experience and a strong understanding of financial governance and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will lead the organization’s financial strategy, oversee governance frameworks, and support sustainable business growth while working within a dynamic engineering and trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization’s financial strategy and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee financial governance, compliance, and overall financial performance.
• Support commercial decision-making and business growth initiatives.
• Manage finance operations involving international and multi-currency transactions.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective financial controls and drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership.
• UAE experience in engineering and/or trading.
• International and multi-currency exposure.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of:
