Centre Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare/fertility centre. In this leadership role, you will ensure efficiency, quality care, and an exceptional patient experience while managing a dedicated team and driving operational excellence. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong people management skills and a background in centre or branch operations, preferably within healthcare or fertility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the centre team to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards.
• Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction through service excellence and process improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance, generate reports, and ensure targets are met consistently.
• Financial Management: Manage centre budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimise cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in centre / branch operations, preferably in healthcare or fertility services.
• Strong leadership, people management, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of IVF / fertility services is an added advantage.
