Description:
Burjeel Hospital is currently inviting applications for the position of Centre Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of operations at its medical centre in Dubai. This leadership role is ideal for experienced healthcare professionals who have a strong background in operational management, regulatory compliance, and team leadership within clinical environments.
The Centre Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the facility while maintaining high standards of patient care, service excellence, and regulatory compliance. The role demands a strategic thinker who can balance operational efficiency with a strong patient-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the healthcare centre, streamline processes, and enhance workflow efficiency to maintain high service standards
• Lead, guide, and develop a multidisciplinary team while fostering a collaborative and patient-centric culture
• Monitor patient satisfaction metrics, address escalations promptly, and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue monitoring, cost control, and operational efficiency measures
• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal healthcare policies
• Prepare detailed operational reports, evaluate performance indicators, and present actionable recommendations to senior management
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders, including oversight of contracts and service agreements
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations management or leadership roles within medical facilities
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience managing and developing teams
• Thorough knowledge of DHA regulatory standards and healthcare accreditation processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai
