Hiring: Call Centre Agent

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Peaksy Adventure Park & Family Restaurant is looking for a motivated and sales-driven Call Centre Executive to join our growing team!

If you are confident in sales, enjoy talking to customers, and can handle high-volume calls while achieving targets, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Convert inquiries into confirmed party bookings

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp

Explain party packages, events, and promotions

Update and maintain CRM records

Coordinate confirmed bookings with operations team

Deliver excellent customer service

KPI & Targets:

100–150 calls per day

50 WhatsApp/SMS follow-ups daily

Monthly target: 120 hot leads converted into bookings

KPI: Exceed 120 hot leads monthly

Requirements:

Previous experience in call centre, telesales, or customer service preferred

Fluent in English

Arabic speaker is an advantage

Strong communication and sales skills

Experience with CRM systems preferred

Target-driven and energetic personality

Ability to work under pressure

Salary & Benefits:

AED 2,500 – AED 3,000

Incentives/commission based on performance
