Description:
A well-established café in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a responsible and experienced Café In-Charge to manage daily operations and lead the team effectively. The ideal candidate will be available for immediate joining and should have strong experience in café or restaurant management within the hospitality sector.
The role requires a hands-on professional who can ensure smooth café operations while maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The selected candidate will also be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and supporting overall business growth.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily café operations efficiently
• Supervise café staff and ensure high-quality customer service
• Handle inventory control, stock management, and supplier coordination
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times
• Monitor daily sales and contribute to business growth strategies
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Support team performance and ensure smooth workflow operations
• Ensure proper usage of POS and inventory management systems
Requirements:
• Previous experience in café or restaurant management is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management tools
