Business Development Executive (Recruitment & Staffing)

A company based in Dubai is currently seeking a results-driven Business Development professional with a strong background in recruitment and staffing solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who are experienced in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth within the UAE market.

The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client portfolio, working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery, and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients. Candidates who can join within 15 days or immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of hiring solutions
• Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Manage the full business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development within recruitment or staffing industry
• Strong understanding of the UAE market with an established client network
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to generate leads, close deals, and work independently
• Candidates available to join within 15 days or immediately preferred
• Preference for Arabic or European nationals
