Job Summary
Talent Arabia Technologies, an IT recruitment, staffing, and workforce solutions company operating across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to join its growing team. The successful candidate will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, promoting staffing solutions, and building strategic partnerships within the UAE corporate market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT recruitment, staffing, staff augmentation, and outsourcing services.
Generate leads through cold calling, professional networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and client meetings.
Build and maintain relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and workforce requirements.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business deals.
Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
Identify partnership opportunities and manage vendor registration processes with organizations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Work Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of business development experience, preferably in IT recruitment, staffing, manpower supply, or outsourcing.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market and business environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.
Additional Preferences: Female candidates are preferred. UAE spouse visa holders will receive preference, and a valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Estimated monthly salary of AED 8,000–12,000.
Performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary.
