About Us:
Flying Colour Tax Consultant LLC provides accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance services in the UAE, combining professional advisory with business growth.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting & Tax Advisor with a strong focus on Sales and business development to generate leads, acquire clients, and drive revenue for accounting and tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients for accounting, tax, and compliance services.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate service offerings effectively.
• Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and support seamless handover to Client Managers.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, taxation, advisory, or related sales/business development roles.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, and compliance.
• Strong client acquisition, business development, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and accounting software is a plus.
