Role Overview
This position owns how MOGO looks, feels and functions at every physical and partner touchpoint — from corporate offices and car or boda branches to smartphone dealerships, agent counters and retail partner outlets. Day to day, you translate brand strategy into tiered, buildable standards and playbooks, keep the MOGO Brand Hub stocked with usable guidance and assets, and equip dealers, agents and partners with the tools they need to present MOGO consistently. The work matters because a distinctive, well-executed presence at the point of sale is what turns brand recognition into partner confidence and, ultimately, sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Define MOGO's physical brand standards for HQs, car branches, boda branches, dealerships and other touchpoints, with tiered minimum, standard and premium execution levels matched to each location type.
- Develop practical playbooks covering look and feel, signage, point-of-sale materials (POSM), production materials, messaging, customer experience and ongoing maintenance.
- Set up and run the MOGO Brand Hub as the single source of truth for guidelines, templates, playbooks, production specifications and approved assets — including the Employee Brand Toolkit of email signatures, presentation and social templates, virtual backgrounds and corporate documents.
- Establish production, supplier, maintenance and asset-lifecycle standards so that brand execution stays consistent and cost-effective over time.
- Make MOGO consistently visible and distinctive across smartphone dealerships, boda dealerships, agents and retail partners.
- Create dealer and agent playbooks, onboarding kits, sales tools, training materials and POSM that help partners sell MOGO effectively.
- Set co-branding standards and approval processes governing how MOGO and strategic bike partners share space in branches and other shared environments.
- Own marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels, using data and analytics to track performance and inform decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, product marketing or commercial roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, lending or another consumer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of growing a product, channel or P&L, demonstrated through measurable gains in sales, issuances or revenue.
- Experience owning marketing plans and campaigns spanning both digital and offline channels.
- Comfort working with data and analytics tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Experience leading or coordinating IT and digital development projects; Agile or product-owner experience is an advantage.
- Lending, credit or loan-product experience is a strong plus.
- Nice to have: exposure to financial services, telco, FMCG, automotive or motorcycle sectors in Kenya or East Africa; experience building dealer, agent or franchise programmes; a degree in marketing, design, communications or a related field.
